RANDY BRYANT: Probate administration is the movement of assets of a decedent. We handle cases ranging from the smallest summary administration all the way up to the largest most complex of estate matters.

It's difficult to say how long a probate administration will take. The law requires 90-day notice for formal administration. I pride myself on getting the work done shortly thereafter. We try to get it done within four months.

When a client comes in, they usually have one question and that question is what comes next. And that's where I come in. They've suffered a traumatic event in their life, either the death or disability of one of their loved ones and now they're forced to deal with the legal system which, as we all know, is a complex system. Because I limit my practice areas to probate, guardianship and personal injury, I can help them navigate through that system with relative ease.

It doesn't matter what size case I'm handling, my job is to come in, bring order to the situation, gather the assets and make sure those assets go to the beneficiaries that deserve them.
